Hi, my name is Caroline and I am therapist. I feel humbled that you have stumbled upon me. I am so glad you are here. 

Therapy can be easily put on the back burner, we tell ourselves that now isn't the right time and we are just too busy. I get it. Maybe you have reached out to your support people ad nauseum, read all the self-help books and debated with the old narrative running through your head and are still feeling stuck and inadequate.  Maybe you have found yourself googling solutions for your one wild and precious life, polling family and friends for advice or spinning and spinning with no movement, no insignt. With a sigh, you wonder, it wasn't supposed to be like this. Perhaps now is the right time. You are worthy of this space. You deserve to be seen, to be heard and to be understood. Wherever you are in your life journey, I would be honored to support you.
